		<description>That quote reminds me of something I read in the 4 Hr Work Week.. (Tim Ferriss) where he dieted all week long then went on a cupcake binge on Friday night. Haha, kind of a wierd way of looking at it, but its true that it is the day to day that kills you - not the one off events.
