Well , here we are at the start of a new month, and doing my weigh in today, things continue to go well. I was pleasantly surprised to see the scales showing less than I expected , so here are numbers.
86 Kilos
190 Llbs or 13 stone 8 lbs.
Since January 1st I have now lost 41lbs. my starting weight was 231lbs. or for you metric Europeans, 19 kilos!.
Four months of using Intermittent Fasting to lose weight and I continue to find it easy.
It goes without saying that I am feeling great, of course now people have noticed the weight loss, the funny thing is the looks I get when they ask how I did it, it goes something like this …
Well Wisher ” Dave what diet are you on ”
Dave ” I am not on a diet ”
W.W. ” but you have lost loads of weight, how did you do it ”
D.W. ” I started to eat less, and enjoy the foods I do eat ”
Of course if I mention fasting, they say something like ” but starving yourself is dangerous ” to be honest it just is not worth the effort, so I have found saying I just eat less is easier !.

. To you I say intermittent fasting is the most effective way to either lose weight or control your weight there is. After 4 months of using I.F nobody is going to be able to tell me otherwise, the proof is in the 41lbs I no longer carry around, for those of you who try and tell me to go low carb, or zone, please, save it for a forum some place else, I am a retired dieter and staying that way.
